Does anyone have a recipe for Beef Stroganoff without mushrooms or mushroom gravy? I would think that you could just omit them from any recipe, and substitute a beef gravy for mushroom gravy. -------------------- I want to be the kind of woman that when my feet hit the floor in the morning, the devil says "Oh crap....she's up!"

When we made stroganoff, we don't use a mushroom gravy. We use a white sauce with a sour cream base. I never use mushrooms either. I'm fine with them but my husband hates them, so do the kids. -------------------- Married 15 years
